Withdrawals

If your child has conflicting seasonal practices where they cannot come to gymnastics for a specified time or can only come intermittently during that time, you must inform us ahead of time in order to not be charged the full monthly fee until the activity is over. This is a courtesy on our part because we are holding a spot for your child without requiring a full payment.

If your child will not be attending class for the rest of the session or temporarily because of a sport or other conflict lasting 1 month or more, you must fill out the online withdrawal/temporary withdrawal form (link on our website.) We must be informed in advance of the withdrawal date or you will continue to be billed for classes.
